The office @ home! <333 Love it! But also, the first picture, me lovez that Penguin tote-bag =]
I looooove my Penguin tote! I take it everywhere with me. One of the coolest gifts I’ve ever received. 😀
Writing in an office space sounds like a great idea. I have the same problem of writing at home. For example, I’m currently writing and going through my Google reader, which just means I’m reading blogs and writing maybe a sentence every hour. Ha!
I know that feeling well. I often find myself checking my email every five seconds, checking Twitter, checking Facebook. I never get anything done at home!
I LOVE the front room of your office! Those chairs are fabulous! The orange and cream colors go really well together. And it’s so uncluttered (is that a word?!), especially for an office (or the front, that is). And you have a view from the two long windows! A window seat would make that part of the room PERFECT!
Thanks for sharing, Ms. Rush! And thanks for the giveaway, Ms. Spooner!
I scored those orange chairs at a yard sale this summer and started filling in the space around them. And they are so comfy!
The front room is gorgeous! I could kick back in those chairs!!
Thanks Vivien! Those chairs are one of the best purchases I’ve made this year! Super old and vintagey, but also comfy too.
I love your office at home. It looks chic and comfy! Thanks for the chance to win 😀
Thanks Dannielle! I do love my home office, but it sits right in the middle of the house. So hard to get work done there. 🙁 I can’t wait to have a room to myself in some future house. Or, my dream scenario — a little writing cottage in my backyard!
Love the first picture! I so want an office at home!
Thanks Alexandra! As soon as you can, make yourself a spot! Even if it’s a corner in the living room. Or, you know, I’ve seen people make offices out of closets these days. Good luck!
Wow, your office is amazing! How great that you have a real workspace – and with no internet to distract you, haha.
Oh my gosh, that office is just GORGEOUS! I’m so jealous. Those orange armchairs are freaking fabulous, and the reading chair looks *so* comfy!
looks comfy! Can’t wait to read Altered it looks and sounds amazing!
Your house looks so cosy and awesome for writing Jennifer! I love it! It’s a totally perfect writing spot. I wish I had one. Lol. 😀 Can’t wait to read Altered!!
